In placing an order with Linen Hearts you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. All purchases are subject to UK law.
Purchases
All prices quoted on the website are in U.K. pounds £. All products can be ordered directly from the website using the shopping basket and online secure payment service. Goods ordered cannot be changed, altered or cancelled after purchase as they are custom orders - please notify us immediately if you feel you have made an error.
Important Information on Text Customisation:
Please provide the full exact text you would like embroidered in the designated text box. We will only embroider the text you specify, so please double-check for accuracy before placing your order, as we cannot modify finished products. All text in photos is for illustrative purposes only.
Please note that all the additional items, that are sold with our embroidered hearts, are handmade by artisans, working traditionally and simply, these items will have a wobbly & rustic character that shows the markers marks and methods of their craft.
Please contact us via our email (emma@linenhearts.co.uk) for any questions regarding returning goods. Goods should be returned to Linen Hearts Ltd. Faulty items must be returned to Linen Hearts Ltd within 30 days of delivery. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy discuss any issues with our products with the purchaser.
Shipping / Delivery
When you place an order with Linen Hearts we will receive your order via email. If we have your items in stock we will aim to dispatch them within 7 business days of receiving payment. However, if you need an item urgently please email us and we will do our very best to get the item to you quicker than the estimated delivery date. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Tracked service.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout area and are for the UK (non EU customs areas) only.
Portrayal of products
As all our products are handmade very slight variations may occasionally occur but this will not affect the quality of our products. We try our utmost to ensure that all of our photos match as closely as possible to the colours of the products but slight differences may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and describe each product at the largest overall dimension. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. All text shown is for illustrative purposes only and only the text submitted will be embroidered unless otherwise stated.
Safety
All products are supplied as decorative items for the home only. They are not toys and are not suitable for children, babies or animals. Ensure items are placed safely within the home - out of reach of children, babies or animals. All items must be kept away from fire / sources of ignition.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available. We will offer alternative options or refund payment in full.
Feedback
We are very keen to receive feedback from our customers. If you think we can improve any aspect of what we do or you would simply like to let us know how pleased you are with your Linen Hearts product we would like to hear from you.
Marketing
From time to time we will update customers via email & social networking of new products and special offers. If you would prefer not to receive this information please let us know and we will remove you from our mailing list.
Discount Codes
Occasionally, we are able to offer discount codes. These are limited by time, a single order and 1 per customer. For further details please contact us via email.
